In the Roche development, the pine trees and nearby sea shape a home that opens outdoors through porches, terraces and a roof terrace overlooking the landscape.
Two storeys of simple white volumes organise everyday life. Outdoor spaces at different levels extend the rooms towards the garden.
An outdoor staircase connects the accessible roof to the surrounding terrace. Solar orientation and cross ventilation inform the design, alongside a swimming pool and spaces for enjoying life outdoors together.
